CW Seasoning Fried Chicken Wings

2 lbs. of Chicken wing pieces or you may use the whole wings

2 tablespoons of CW Seasoning

In Skillet or deep fryer add enough Coconut Oil* to deep fry (1 to 2 cups)

Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels to remove as much excess water as possible

Toss chicken in a bowl and coat with seasoning.

Once oil is hot drop chicken in oil carefully to avoid splashing the oil

Cook until chicken is browned and crispy approximately 7-10 minutes

Remove from oil and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil

Sprinkle hot chicken with a teaspoon of CW Seasoning

Serve immediately

*You may also use vegetable oil or canola oil
