Quick Hamburger Skillet Supper

1 ½ pound ground beef or ground turkey

¼ small onion chopped

½ cup cooked rice

½ cup whole kernel corn

½ cup green peas

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons of CW Seasonings

1 tablespoon steak sauce

½ cup of water

 

In large skillet brown hamburger/turkey and drain fat.  Add onion and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.  Stir in remaining ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes.   Serve immediately.  For low cholesterol diets use lean ground beef or ground turkey and rinse meat under running water in colander.
