Elaine, I love CW Seasoning! On Saturday I fried some catfish and I had to go back to HEB to get more because my son, Adrian, almost eliminated the first batch. My sister-in-law from Houston was visiting and she like the seasoning on the food so I had to give her my small seasoning bottle. On today, I fried chicken and it’s so good! My son is almost eating up our lunch. I like the way it brings out and enhances the taste of your food without over seasoning it. You also use less sodium in your food. I will have to get with you to buy more seasoning. Others are trying to take my supply. What a blessing you have created.
