Ground Turkey Stew

1 ½ lbs. of ground turkey

2 large potatoes peeled and diced

1 small onion chopped

2 ½ cups of frozen mixed vegetables

2 cans of chicken broth (you may also use water)

1 tablespoon of CW Seasoning

In large pot brown the ground turkey and drain excess fat.  Stir in onions and CW Seasoning.

When onions are translucent add both cans of chicken broth and stir in mixed vegetables

Bring to boil and then add the potatoes.  You may need an additional can of broth or water to ensure the liquid covers the vegetables.   Bring to a boil over medium heat.  Reduce to low heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.  Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.  Ladle into bowls and enjoy with your favorite bread or crackers.

CW is a really a All in one tasty blend, I use it in my stir fry’s and stew’s. It is packing with a lot of rich flavor.
