Turkey Meatballs over Wheat Egg Noodles

1 ½ lb. of ground turkey or beef

1 tablespoons of CW Seasoning

2 tablespoons of wheat flour

 

Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.  Spoon out 2 tbsp. of the mixture and roll into a ball.  Drop rolled balls into slightly oiled skillet (Pam spray or a tbsp. of olive oil). Brown meatballs by turning from side to side about 6 minutes. Remove browned meatballs and set aside. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil to skillet. When oil is heated, whisk in 2 tbsp. of wheat flour until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of water and continue to stir. If your gravy is to thick add additional water to thin. When gravy starts to boil add in the meatballs. Stir to ensure gravy is not sticking. Cover skillet with lid and reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve over cooked egg noodles wheat or white, whichever you prefer.
