Smoked Pork Ribs

2 (2 pound) slabs pork ribs
1/3 cup of CW Seasoning
Prepare your grill as you would for any smoked meat. Once the coals are gray around the edges and there is no more fire the grill is ready. Spray the grill with pam or any cooking oil to keep the meat from sticking to the grill.
Pull the silvery membrane from the bone side of the ribs and generously season both side with CW Seasoning.
Place the ribs on the grill and close grill. Turn the ribs every 30 to 40 minutes. When the bone starts to protrude on the edge the ribs are ready.
Mop with barbecue sauce if you like and all to remain on the grill for 15 more minutes. If you are not interested in barbecue sauce remove ribs from the grill and allow to sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Carve and serve.
